My inspiration for this painting was to capture the transient beauty of Cherry Blossoms, highlighting the fragility of nature. Using oil paints in vivid tones of reds, pinks and subtle blues, I created a soft backdrop of transparent orbs in various shades, setting these alongside a soft play of light within the blossoms. The essence of this piece conveys feelings of both tranquillity and energy.
