Intellectual Property & Copyright:
The artist, Charmaine Boyle, retains full copyright over all artwork, images, and text displayed on the site. Visitors are prohibited from downloading, scraping, or reproducing any of the images without written permission.

Permitted Use: Users are allowed to view and browse the site for personal, non-commercial use, while banning automated scraping tools and bots.

Sales & E-Commerce Terms:
The sale of Original Paintings is made in UK pricing currency only (GBP £). Accepted payment methods include Squarespace Payments (accepting major credit cards, Apple Pay and Klarna) and PayPal.

Delivery and Shipping:
When your artwork has been shipped, you will be sent an email notification of shipping that includes the delivery tracking number if applicable. Expedition is made via courier service, in 3-7 days; the estimated delivery time is between 5-10 working days.
UK deliveries are free and include insurance and tracking.
For international customers, enquiries on purchases need to be made by contacting the artist, Charmaine Boyle, directly using the online contact form. This site currently excludes all international shipping and delivers to UK customers only.

Commissions:
30% deposit is required upfront for any agreed commission work. This deposit is non-refundable. Agreed timescales for delivery of final artwork will be discussed and agreed prior to commencing any commission work. Final balance of payment is required prior to delivery. Intellectual ownership of the artwork remains the right of the artist, Charmaine Boyle, and no copies or reproductions are allowed.

Returns & Cancellations:
Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, online buyers have a 14-day right to cancel and return artwork purchased. The Buyer will need to pay for return shipping and pay any delivery insurance fees. Bespoke / custom commissions are excluded from this rule and returns will need to be communicated in writing with the seller, Charmaine Boyle.

Privacy Policy:
Charmaine Boyle sells original works of art through this website. This Privacy Policy describes what information is collected, used and shared by visitors and uses of this site. By using this site, you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
Personal Identification information: Your personal information is only used for the purpose of fulfilling orders, sending newsletters and customer support. Your personal information is not shared with third parties other than the third party service providers for the sole purpose of providing these services.
Fulfilling Orders: This site collects and retains information related to transactions carried out on this site for the purpose of fulfilling orders, including your name, phone number, email and address. The site uses third party payment e-commerce payment processors Squarespace and PayPal. When using these Payment Services, they collect and store personal information required to complete the purchase, as outlined in their Privacy Policies.

Newsletters:
This site offers subscription to newsletters to notify subscribers of studio updates, announcements of new work, press releases and invitations to art events. When you sign up for this service you agree to have your name and email stored for the sole purpose of providing this service.

Social Media Sharing:
You may share content on social media that is linked to this site.

Usage Information:
This site uses Google Analytics and Squarespace Analytics, these services are subject to their Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policies. Charmaine Boyle artist has access to the collected information, for the sole purpose of analysing site usage and performance.

Limitation of Liability:
The site, CharmaineBoyle.art is provided "as is" and liability is limited for technical downtime or third-party payment gateway failures.

Governing Law:
These terms are governed by Scottish law and subject to local court jurisdiction.
